A popular annual tradition is back next weekend when Suds On The Square returns Saturday, May 11.

Fayette County’s signature beer and wine festival will run from noon to 5 p.m., rain or shine, on the Old Courthouse Square in downtown Fayetteville. Revelers can sample a wide variety of local craft beers and wine. You must be 21 or older with an I.D. to drink alcohol. Designated drivers get in free.

It’s a family-friendly event, including with food to chow down on and games and fun to enjoy.

Live music will be provided by two bands, Shepard’s Pie and Yurp.

Suds On The Square is an event sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Fayette County. Come enjoy the spring weather with a cold beer on the Courthouse Square and support charities within the county.
