PEACHTREE CITY — Peachtree City police arrested a man on charges of indecent exposure, public indecency, and obstruction of an officer on March 25.
Officers responded to numerous phone calls about a naked male screaming in the middle of Taberon Road in Peachtree City in the early hours of March 25, according to Peachtree City Spokesperson Chris Hyatt.
The man was identified as Brian M. Sutton, 50, of Peachtree City, who reportedly engaged in a physical altercation with police before he was arrested, landing him in Piedmont Fayette Hospital before he was transported to Fayette County Jail.
Hyatt says Sutton was acting irrationally upon arrival on the scene by Peachtree City Police officers.
According to the police report, a struggle between Sutton and the officers occurred, which led to his subsequential apprehension.
After clearance, Sutton was taken to Fayette County Jail, where he was turned over to deputies on a hold for warrants, according to reports.
