Senoia Raceway hosting Spring Nationals March 30-31

Need a great way to kick off your Easter weekend? Why not come out to Senoia Raceway on Friday and Saturday Night for the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals doubleheader presented by Textron Off Road and Sunoco Race Fuel.

The top Super Late Model drivers from around the southeast will travel down to the 3/8th mile track for the chance to bring home a total of $13,000 for the two-night event. Fans are for sure to see three-wide, side-by-side, pedal to the metal racing on the Georgia gumbo when the green flag drops on Friday night.

On Thursday night, the grandstands will be open free of charge for fans, as multiple drivers will attend open practice from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. to prepare for this weekend’s events.

Starting Friday night, the pit gates will open at 3 p.m. and the grandstands will open at 5 p.m. as the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring National drivers will take their first shot to claim the checkered flag with a $3,000 to win Super Late Model race. The other divisions taking the track that night include the Limited and Crate Late Models, Late Model Sportsman, Hobby, and Mini Stock with each class having the opportunity for a higher purse.

Capping the event Saturday, the pits will once again open at 3 p.m. and the grandstands at 5 p.m. as the Super Late Models drivers try to take home the huge $10,000 to win pay day. Also, the Limited and Crate Late Models, Late Model Sportsman, Bomber, Mini Stocks, and Hot Shots are included on the nights schedule. The kids will even have the chance to participate in an Easter egg hunt.

A few drivers have already announced their attendance this weekend like Scott Bloomquist, Shane Clanton, Dale McDowell, Clint Smith, Casey Roberts, Riley Hickman, Austin Horton, Jason Hiett, Mason Massey, Donald McIntosh, and Ricky Williams.

Both nights the Hot Laps and Qualifying start at 6 p.m. and racing at 7:30 p.m.

Friday pits and trackside are $35, ages 5-11 $20, and four & under free with grandstand being $20, 5-11 $10, and four & under free.
Saturday pits and trackside are $40, 5-11 $20, and four & under free with grandstand being $25, 5-11 $10, and four & under free.
