Man leaves five animals in car, arrested for animal cruelty

A 20-year old man has been charged with cruelty to animals after a May 8 incident at the Fayette Pavilion.

Tieler Gray is charged with cruelty to animals after police discovered five animals in his vehicle at the Tinseltown.

“The vehicle was not parked in a shaded spot and the vehicle was also not running to provide cool air. The temperature raised from 77 degrees to 80 degrees. This act caused unjustifiable suffering to the dogs,” the police report read.
